
In this Foundational Program you will clarify your long term health goals, understand deeply why those goals are important to you (hello, motivation!) and decide what actions will be most helpful along the way. You’ll develop your action plan and cultivate an accountability and support system that helps you stay the course for good! While you’re in the driver’s seat, I’m riding shotgun as your guide-on-the-side to navigate the map you create.
This is a highly personalized program and each session will be driven by your goals and preferences. We get to be creative and design the plan that works best for YOU. I encourage you to have an open mind, be ready to experiment and try some new things!
Some of the topics that are woven into the program to encourage a holistic approach are: healthy eating, physical activity, sleep, stress management, mindset, accountability, and behavior change strategies.
Possible outcomes: reaching personal goals, developing healthy habits and routines, consistency, increased fitness & energy level, improved diet & sleep, reduced stress, weight control, improved management of health markers such as A1c, cholesterol & blood pressure, reduced medications due to improved health, increased mobility, and more!
Program Includes:
- Developing your long term vision of health
- Meet every other week via Zoom or in-person (depending on location)
- Support and accountability between sessions – through messaging or phone
- Goal setting – short and long term
- Goal check-in with revisions as needed
- Weekly action plan & tasks
