About Me

Jen is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who specializes in women’s health, stress management and lifestyle behavior change. With a background in Health Education and decades of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Jen brings both professional expertise and personal understanding through lived experience to her coaching.

She believes that mindset, movement, and meaningful self-care are essential to lasting well-being. Her coaching style blends compassion and practicality-meeting each client where they are and helping them create healthy routines that fit real life.

Jen’s strength lies in her ability to offer fresh perspective and grounded support, helping others embrace change and rediscover what makes them feel strong, capable, whole and happy.

Outside of coaching, she loves life in the Pacific Northwest spending quality time with family, getting outside with friends and finding joy in everyday moments.

For Jen, wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about creating space to feel good, live fully, and show up well for the people and priorities that matter most.
